In accordance with the provisions of Law 31-13, the right of access to information allows all Moroccan citizens, as well as foreign nationals legally residing in Morocco, to access the information held by the institutions or bodies concerned. The said information is published proactively, through all possible means of publication, in particular on the national public-data portals or the websites of administrations or institutions. If the information sought is not found there, a request for access to the information may nonetheless be addressed to the administration or institution that holds it.
