In line with the Royal directives, the Urban Agency of Tétouan is actively mobilising to offer a privileged welcome to Moroccans residing abroad. Our approach aims to facilitate the integration of Moroccans living abroad into their country of origin by implementing measures tailored to their needs. Thanks to these initiatives, Moroccans around the world benefit from personalised support for their investment projects, their administrative procedures and their search for housing. This approach is part of the Royal directives that value the Moroccan diaspora and encourage its involvement in the development of the country.

This initiative is part of the implementation of the High Royal Instructions, as well as in application of the terms of the circular of the Minister of National Land Use Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy No. 7049 of 20 June 2025.
This action aims to strengthen the proximity of the Administration to citizens, to provide technical and administrative assistance and support through the establishment of a one-stop shop in order to deliver proximity services and improve the reception, guidance and consultation arrangements, and an opportunity to present the paperless services of the Urban Agency of Tétouan available on its website: aute.gov.ma
Thus, the Urban Agency makes available to Moroccans of the World two numbers to guide, advise and provide answers to the various questions.
