The Urban Agency of Tétouan has been working for more than two decades on the development of its territorial jurisdiction composed of the provinces of Tétouan, Chefchaouen and the prefecture of M'diq-Fnideq.

The dynamic launched by the development of the Region reassures us in our position as an essential actor in the planning and urban management of territories, with the aim of enhancing territorial competitiveness through our strategic North-South position.

Strengthening our expertise and know-how, I invite all the management of the Urban Agency of Tétouan and its branch in Chefchaouen to subscribe to the new orientations described in our missions, some of whose axes are taken up in this general policy, and this in the continuity of respecting all the requirements specific to our professions and to managerial evolution:

• To accompany in a structured manner the investment and development projects of our territorial jurisdiction;
• To urbanise and consult the stakeholders on territorial development in compliance with the regulations;
• Transmitting our expertise and capital to the current management and future generations;
• To equip the Agency with the human resources and means necessary to ensure better performance in the accomplishment of its missions.

This will enable us to anticipate the expectations of stakeholders, to take into account the risks associated with our processes, to comply with the requirements specific to the Agency, and to monitor our indicators within a dynamic of improvement that consolidates our position as a key player in regional development.
